How to Delete Your Data
If you want to delete your account and all associated data from the REDI Digital Ecosystem, you have two options:
Option 1: Email Us
Send an email to office@redi-ngo.eu with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Option 2: In-App Deletion
If you are logged into the platform, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will immediately schedule your account and all data for permanent deletion.
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we permanently remove:
Your profile and account information, all learning progress and quiz results, business plans and uploaded documents, bankability scores and lender checklist data, mentor session records and messages, marketplace listings (products and services), certificates you have earned, and any AI-generated content associated with your account.
What We May Retain
In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data after account deletion: anonymized, aggregated statistics (which cannot identify you) used in impact reports to our donors, and any data we are legally required to retain for regulatory or compliance purposes.
Facebook Login Users
If you signed up using Facebook, deleting your data from REDI does not affect your Facebook account. To also remove REDI from your Facebook connected apps, go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → REDI Digital → Remove.
Google Login Users
If you signed up using Google, deleting your data from REDI does not affect your Google account. To also remove REDI from your Google connected apps, go to Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access → REDI Digital → Remove Access.
