1. About the Platform
The REDI Digital Ecosystem (“Platform”) is operated by REDI International (“REDI”, “we”, “us”), a non-governmental organization. The Platform provides digital tools for entrepreneurship education, business development, mentoring, microfinance access, and marketplace services for Roma entrepreneurs across the Western Balkans.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use another person’s account. Notify us immediately at office@redi-ngo.eu if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Platform Services
REDI provides the Platform free of charge. Our services include micro-learning courses, AI-powered business tools (business plan builder, logo generator, website creator), bankability scoring, mentor matching, certificate issuance, document management, and marketplace features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Platform uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate business plans, logos, competitor analyses, and other content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and adapted by you before use. REDI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any specific purpose.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on the Platform (business plans, documents, marketplace listings). By uploading content, you grant REDI a limited license to store, display, and process it as necessary to provide the Platform services. You must not upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on third-party rights.
7. Certificates
Certificates issued through the Platform are digitally signed and verifiable. They attest to completion of specific courses and are not equivalent to formal educational qualifications. Certificate holders must have legitimately completed all required coursework and assessments.
8. Microfinance and Loans
REDI facilitates connections between entrepreneurs and microfinance institution (MFI) partners. REDI is not a lender and does not make lending decisions. All loan terms, conditions, and decisions are made solely by the MFI partners. Your bankability score is an internal assessment tool and does not guarantee loan approval.
9. Marketplace
The REDI marketplace allows entrepreneurs to list products and services. REDI is not a party to any transactions between buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality of their products and services.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: use the Platform for any illegal purpose, submit false or misleading information in loan applications, attempt to manipulate quiz scores or bankability metrics, harass other users or mentors, scrape or automatically access the Platform, or interfere with Platform security or infrastructure.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. REDI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. REDI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: decisions made based on AI-generated content, loan outcomes, marketplace transactions, or data loss.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
