Purpose of Testing

We want to identify technical issues (bugs), confusing areas in the interface, and improvement suggestions before public launch. Your feedback is essential.

How to Report

  1. Bugs and technical errors → Use the feedback form (see link below)
  2. General feedback, suggestions, observations → Same form
  3. Critical issues (platform completely unusable) → Contact the technical team directly

Preparation Before Testing

  • You have an account on redi.business (email + password)
  • Test on Chrome or Edge (recommended browsers)
  • If testing on mobile, mention the device type in your report
  • You have access to the feedback form to report

1. Authentication and Account

Quick Checklist (Express Testing)

If you have limited time, prioritize:

  1. Registration + Login
  2. Dashboard — does it load?
  3. Courses — enrollment + complete one lesson
  4. Business Plan — at least the first step
  5. Document Vault — upload one document
  6. Bankability / Credit Score — does it display?
  7. Marketplace — product listing
  8. Language switch (ro/en)

What to Include in Your Report

For bugs:

  • What were you doing when the error occurred?
  • What did you expect to happen?
  • What actually happened?
  • On what device/browser? (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone)
  • Screenshot if possible

For general feedback:

  • What did you like?
  • What was confusing or frustrating?
  • What would you add or change?
